I’m Saman, a visual designer and illustrator passionate about using design to improve everyday experiences—whether through websites, picture books, or meaningful branding. I bring curiosity, creativity, and cultural storytelling into everything I create.

With a strong foundation in UX, web development, and visual aesthetics, I love solving design problems that have a real impact. My work is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a drive to keep learning.

I’m honored to be a two-time Gold ADDY Award winner, with a Silver ADDY Award at the District level, recognized for both publication and UX/UI design.

Growth

Prototyping / UX Design

The Growth is an educational application for women to help them educate themselves about their rights in the United States of America. The app has a broad target audience, ranging from low-educated and broken families to highly educated immigrant women who aren't familiar with their rights.

Web Design

The Blue flower is a microsite project for promoting the music album. The goal is to introduce the artist and encourage the audience to buy the album.

UX Design

The challenge was to create a front page for a kids' online coding school that interacts with kids and their parents in a fun but professional way. The goal of this design is to encourage the audience to enroll in free classes and gain their trust.

Web Design

The challenge was designing a microweb for an influencer on social media, that has decided to start their line of clothing. This webpage focuses on introducing the color pallet of the year and seasonal collection.

As a visual designer, I believe aesthetics is key to improving the user experience. I am eager to learn and excited about new challenges. I am a creative, curious, self-motivated person, enthusiastic about web design, development, and new techniques. I think communication and creative problem-solving is the best way to approach and captivate the audience's need. Nothing can make me more excited than having positive effects on people's lives through visual design.
